We blend technical engineering excellence and experience with a customer-focused approach to ensure maximum up-time for your system or equipment. We always aim to repair your equipment as quickly and economically as possible, helping you to bring it back in service without any unnecessary delays.
As well as on-site repairs, we also offer in-house repairs in our Kells or Belfast workshops and have large range of spare parts in stock across our Kells, Belfast and Cork locations.
Our Help desk is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and we provide telephone support during these hours. We provide country-wide field cover and our team of experienced engineers are all manufacturer-trained to a high standard.
These contracts no only protect your investment by aiming to improve the equipment's lifetime, it could also drastically reduce errors in day-to-day operation, reduce down-time and costs due to unplanned maintenance.
