Embra® AmpSnap is a mechanical ampoule breaker intended for glass ampoule opening. It is a simple hand-hold tool
designed for easily opening glass ampoules with a simple snap action on the top of the ampoule. Upon opening, the glass
splinters are incapsulated inside the AmpSnap and discarded together into the sharps waste container, thus reducing the
risk of finger cuts. Embra® AmpSnap is intended as a valuable tool for nurses, pharmacists and clinicians, featuring quick
and precise ampoule opening capability. The ampoule breaker is a single-use, disposable plastic product available in two
sizes. The glass ampoules are safely opened by snapping.
Embra® Nonwoven swabs, 4-ply are produced from soft and highly absorptive nonwoven material. They are primarily used for cleaning and exudate absorption of wounds and abrasions.
Moulded fibre solutions for medical sector are made for a single-use. This solution is tested in accordance to PAS 29:1999 and is leak-proof for minimum 4 hours (when used with water only). The 4-litre bowl can also be used with water and soap or detergent. After the use, it can be disposed in a macerator. This solution is manufactured in England, from 100% recycled paper.
